    Body Wash
    1. In the shower, apply body wash directly on wet skin or loofah.
    2. Gently massage skin
    3. Rinse off.

    Body Serum
    After showering, apply all over body while skin is still slightly damp.

    Serum
    After cleansing and toning, apply a generous amount to the face and neck.

    Sleeping Mask
    1. Apply a moderate amount as the very last step to your nightly skincare routine.
    2. Wash off in the morning.

    Sheet Mask
    1. Cleanse and apply the mask onto your face. Be sure to remove protective film if stated on packaging.
    2. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and let your skin soak in all the nutrients.

This really works.

It worked great for my two teenager kids. Good to have different patch sizes per need. Most of time it works over one night and make the pimple disappear. It stays where it is applied and doesn't even show so kids don't mind putting these on their faces to go out.
