This really helped to mitigate the dry, irritated feeling I'm starting to get with the colder weather. It stayed cold a really long time (idk if that's a factor for anyone else, but I love a cold sheet mask), and felt very hydrating and calming. I wouldn't say it changed my skin drastically, but it was a great experience. Smelled nice, fit well, and didn't slide around.
