I am very pleased with my Mystery Box as I have received 5 wonderful masks and 5 high quality skincare products that I cannot wait to try.

I particularly love the CICA body serum that I have previously tried and that I highly recommend, I was very happy to find it in my box especially to use during the winter months as I have dry skin but it is light enough to be used during the summer months as well. The different toners I have found in my box are highly appreciated as I use them not not after cleaning but also in my mist spray during the day to keep my skin hydrated. I am happy with this box.

I just have to update my review of a previous Mystery Box. I also contacted Customer Support when I first received my Mystery Box to report that not all of my items were full sized and received an unsatisfying response. Upon contacting them a second time (after reading a reviewers account of stellar Customer Support) I was not only blown away by how speedy and attentive their response was, but also by how generous their offer was to satisfy the situation. As I stated in my second contact, I know I will continue to purchase Facetory products - they have some of the best skincare products I've tried at an affordable price - and can now say their Customer Service is as wonderful as their products!

I ordered mystery box one and received a full-sized cleanser, two full-sized rinse off masks, one travel size toner, and a sample size cleanser. They were all nice products, but since they were supposed to all be full-size, I was disappointed. I emailed customer service about it and the response was outstanding. They were very friendly and prompt, and they sent me two additional full-sized products that I’ve really enjoyed using.

These are great, I dont have to purchase a box subscription to try out new beauty products and can get them whenever I want, with fast shipping!!
