You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the launcher on the bottom left.
Under the ‘Rewards’ section, you can click ‘Redeem’ next to the reward that you want to claim!

You can use your rewards points for purchases on shop orders, your next recurring subscription plan, or for even free products!

Yes! Subscription discount coupons are not redeemable for non-subscription products and vice versa.
For example, you cannot use a $10 off Subscription Coupon when trying to purchase the Beauty Fridge.

Our rewards program is totally free! We do it to say ‘thank you’ to our awesome customers!

There is no limit! Collect as many points as you please. :)

The code you receive through your rewards program is a ONE-time use code that expires after being used for a purchase.

After signing into your FaceTory account, click on the launcher on the bottom left. Scroll down and click on ‘Referrals’.
Copy your unique URL and send it to your friends and family!
The referred can then add their email address to the launcher (which should pop up) and voila! There should be a code available for use for their next purchase.
Once the referred makes their purchase, you will receive a code that can be applied to your next purchase!

If you have not earned or spent points for one calendar year (365 days), your points will expire and disappear.
But don’t worry! We’ll send you reminders if your points are about to expire.

Unfortunately, no. At this time, you can only choose one code at checkout. :(
And you cannot use multiple reward coupons at one time.
