I had been ordering Facetory masks from Amazon and getting them locally when available, but one day decided to check their website out. So I was not new to the quality of their masks. Unfortunately on my first order, I did not get everything I ordered, and I was confused, thinking perhaps the cost was only for the "surgical" masks. However, upon 2nd look at the website, I realized I indeed was missing the face masks and shot them an email. They sent a second shipment in no time, with DOUBLE the masks I had originally ordered. That is impressive customer service to me. All the masks in the set are fantastic, but I already knew that. What I found out by ordering directly from Facetory is that the company is just as fantastic and I will continue ordering directly from them. Thank you!!
