    1. Make sure feet are clean, take out the sheet masks from packaging and insert each foot into a plastic bootie.
    2. Once feet are nice and snug in the plastic bootie, apply the sticker to adjust the fitting to prevent them from moving. 
    3. Sit and relax for 10-20 minutes. 
    4. Remove and massage extra essence on your foot.

WOW!

This foot mask is amazing! I wasn't expecting much, but my feet felt so much more moisturized and smooth after just one use. Also, I went to bed after using this mask and my feet didn't feel sticky at all.
