Different Types of Pimples
Don't know about you but our skin has been breaking out more than usual ): Is it all the chocolate? The protective face mask? Stress? WHO KNOWS ?! This got us thinking. Sure they are pimples, no doubt, but what kind of pimple are we dealing with here?
Pimples, spots, blemishes, acne, breakouts. We use these terms as more of an umbrella term, but below you'll find a more specific way to address them.
Blackheads: Pores filled with sebum.
Pustules: They are the most common form of a pimple. They are filled with pus and have a yellow/white center.
Papules: These are swollen red bumps without the white center.
Nodules: Are pimples that are deep within the skin and hard to the touch.
Cysts: Are pimples that are also deep within the skin but they are soft to the touch because they are filled with pus.
We here at FaceTory totally understand how pesky those pimples can be! So we've created pimple patches to knock those pimples out ASAP!
Just apply during the day and/or night and kiss those pimples goodbye!
